PAT TESTING
PAT Testing is the process of checking your electrical products and appliances for safety through a series of electronic tests and inspections.
The Honest team have the qualifications and expertise to conduct these tasks and will provide you with all the necessary paperwork for those items that have passed or failed along with dates of the next inspection.
CONDITION REPORTS
A Condition Report is a report produced after an electrical inspection is carried out at a property by the Honest team.
Unlike PAT testing which tests individual products and appliances, the Condition Report is an assessment of the wiring within a property and is one of a landlord’s many legal obligations.
